We are excited to announce the roll out of our new Peoria, IL real estate website on Jan 23, 2014! If you are visiting the site right now or over the next few days you will see a lot of changes from our prior site, and the addition of an incredible amount of new home and area data you will find useful.
As with any roll out, there might be a few glitches (nothing on the scale of the health care website roll out!) and we are going through all of the steps to get
these updated as we find them. New content will be added daily! One thing you may notice right away is the addition of the subdivision fields. Our goal in 2014 is to provide the most relevant subdivision information about every neighborhood throughout Dunlap, Peoria, Washington, Morton, Germantown Hills and Metamora, as well as every area in-between! As the weather starts to get warmer, we will be looking to add more photos and even videos of some of the different neighborhoods.
In addition to the information on what is for sale in the neighborhoods, we will also be able to provide you with useful reports showing what has sold recently in the neighborhoods!
On the link to our Youtube site we will be adding as much video as possible, not only pertaining to the subdivisions, but also any interesting area happenings! Even if you aren’t in the search to buy or sell a home, we want this site to be useful and information, as well as entertaining.
